A bit off, but not completely wrong, or is it?

What about this one, without "for us"?

The time to go is ripe.

Not completely wrong.

Still rather off to me.

The three sentences you listed are grammatical. If there is a problem with them, it is that the idiom, "the time is ripe," is generally used for more weighty matters, not, say, for example, leaving a party. For example:

The time is ripe for us to seize power.

It's time for us to leave (this party).
