It is not clear whether what you have written is supposed to be a complete sentence or a fragment. There would normally have to be something before "flow of time": at the simplest, " The flow of time". I would put a comma before "or", and probably also commas around "for that matter".

santosh121Sir, here 'varied' means flow of time can be faster or slower than its normal speed under special circumstances and 'manipulated' means one can change or manipulate the speed of time by creating a special situation.I wonder if it might be better, then, to say that "the flow of time can really vary, or, for that matter, can be manipulated".
