Hello,

1. This time tomorrow I will be lying on the beach.

I am not able to understand "This time tomorrow" in the above sentence.

Is "This time tomorrow" a noun phrase?

Is a comma required? e,g

2. This time tomorrow, I will be lying on the beach.

Please explain the structure of the sentence.
