Time

I'm a little bit confused about the time and the ways to express it.
Plz correct the following sentences in case they are written wrongly.

The houres between 00:00 and 6:00 = It's in the morning / at night
e.g. It's 5:00 in the morning/at night

The hours between 6:00 p.m. and 11:59 p.m = It's in the evening / at night.
e.g. it's 9 in the evening / at night.

9:30 = It's half past nine / It's half after nine / it's 9-oh-30

6:00 p.m. = It's six in the afternoon/evening

Thanks
