Tilt, rock and tip

Hi

Could you please help me with the most typical expression for this situation?

(-- when children tip or rock their chair at the dining table or in a classroom)

Don't tip your chair.

Don't rock your chair

Don't tilt your chair back.

Thanks,

Tom

Thanks, Clive.

Does it mean that all three are OK, though the third is the most natural?
