Till vs Until

Can someone help me to understand the difference between till and until in a simple way? Please guide me with some examples.

They are.

You can, though we more often say something like, "He works/is working until/till seven/it gets dark" or, "He works from dawn /until/till/to dusk".

They are typically interchangeable; however, I would only add that at the beginning of a sentence 'until' is a better choice.
