'Till' vs 'before'

I would like to know if the usage of 'till' and 'before' are interchangeable here in the following cases-

Only ten minutes are left before/ till the school is over.

It is a quite long time left before/ till the summer comes.

Please help!

Also I would like to know if the following sentences are correct-
