Hi, What's the context? My guess that by 'till', you mean a cash register. To reconcile a cash register means to checkj that the money in the cash drawer is the same as the amount that the register says should be the cash drawer.

till is a cash register, to reconcile means to make the till back to the original amount. for instance, some people like to have 200.00 dollars in their cash register when they open up. through out the day, you get sales and you get more money. at the end of the day you have to take 200 minus the amount of money you made and either drop it or put it in the safe so you wont get robbed or something
