Tickle throat and Scratchy throat

Hi

I have seen the red phrases used in Indian writing. Could you please give your take on these? Are they common or natural among native speakers?

She has a sore throat. (most common, I suppose)

  1. I have a scratchy throat.
  2. I have a tickle throat.
