Tickets again

(This is not a double-post! The question is related, but the situation is different).
I tell my friend I want to fly to Vienna with my spouse. She asks:
"Oh, and have you bought (the) tickets yet?"
To me, without the article, not using the article is like saying "have you bought any tickets yet", while the "tickets" means "the ones you wanted to buy". To me, neither is a grammatical mistake. Or is it?
