Ticket Fare for Encashment

Hello there!

Can you help me to check if this is fine,

because we will not go for Vacation so

instead of booking my ticket i will ask

a request for them to Encash my 2yrs ticket.

Dear Sir,

For your kind consideration. I'm Ms. A, working to your esteem organization, I completed already the 2yrs last August 2017 on this I would like to request to please encash my two years ticket because I need also to book the ticket of my son so anytime if there is a cheapest fare I can avail it immediately.

Kindly, grant my leave encashment of this two year ticket as soon as possible. It would be a huge favor for me and my family. I will be very thankful to you.
