Hi there!

Please help me to check if my letter is fine if there's additional

or need to change this letter is for asking Encashment for the Ticket Fare

Dear Sir,

For your kind consideration. I Purple Mango, working to your esteem organization, I completed already the 2yrs last September 2017 on this I would like to request to please encash my two years ticket because I need also to book the ticket of my son so anytime if there is a cheapest fare I can avail it immediately.

Kindly, grant my leave encashment of this two year ticket as soon as possible. It would be a huge favor for me and my family. I will be very thankful to you.
