Thunderclap

Hello. Could you please help me with the meaning of these two phrases in a poster I'm working on? It's about "cancer day" and it represents some data on the activities related to fighting cancer, e.g. amount of material available on cancer. There are two phrases, "1076 thunderclap supporters" and "7.6 M thunderclap reach"whose meanings are not clear. What does it mean by "reach"? These two phrases are in the category related to internet I guess.

Thank you for your help and sorry for the lengthy question.
