Speech & Pronunciation

TH+S / S+TH

Hello everybody.
I've been focusing lately on TH pronunciation, and I stumbled upon some tricky combinations, such as: TH followed or preceded by S.
I can pronounce them perfectly when talking slowly, but at normal speed it's just impossible, especially when it's a voiceless TH preceded by an S.
So, my first question is: how do you pronounce the THs here "There's things that..." at normal speed?

Now my second question is about the TH followed by an S, in words like months, Smith's, baths, clothes?
Can I just "ignore" the TH in words like that, just placing the tip of my tongue behind my upper teeth?

Thanks in advance.

" at normal speed? I pronounce all the sounds, just as I would if I was speaking slowly. It's not impossible, just difficult (I imagine) if you aren't a native speaker.
