Thrust/twist/beat flour, scoop with hand and lick

Is there any way I can get the numbers of miscalls which I(my mobile) received while it was switched-off or battery down?

To prepare chapathi, first we make the wheat flour solid with a bit of water and thrusting or twisting it.

He is a ravenous creature who doesn't leave anything in his plate. He even scoops with hand and licks the leftover curry on plate.

I don't like the people who licks the leftover curry on their fingers after the finish off the plate.

Please correct my sentences and provide me with better versions.
