Thrust the tube to release the cream, screw the cover

We thrust/press toothpaste tube to release it out of the small hole and we put it over our brush and brush our teeth.
You have to screw the lid to make it open. Don't pull it.
The lid of the tiffin is not opening. Can you please help me?
The lid of the dish/utensil is lost.
