If I take one day off from my work, I will be dismissed.
If I take one day off from my work, My boss will dismiss me.
If I take one day off from my work, I will be thrown away from the company.

Please correct my sentences. Also if possible give me a word or phrasal verb to replace "dismiss" in these sentences.
