THROW OUT

If a child doesn't want to eat food and he will throw out the food from his mouth. Can we use the word "throw out" or some other better word?

I think there are a different between the words "vomitted out" and "throw out". "Vomit out is not purposely and throw out is purposely:. What is the comment?

Eg sentense: Please do not throw out your food. It is wasted.

Thank you.

Not ' throw out '-- t hrow up . Vomit and throw up are the same involuntary action, but vomit is more formal. If the child does it on purpose, then s/he spits up or spits out the food : Please do not spit out your food.
