Through/with body language

Hello,

I am not sure which preposition to use in the sentence:

"We communicate with/through our body language."

Is it possible to use both prepositions? Is it correct to add "whole" ?

"We communicate with/throgh our whole body language"

Thank you

Thank you again, Philip.
Should it be: "We communicate with our total body language"?

Or perhaps something like: We use our whole body when we communicate. Sorry for the contradiction.
