Through which door should I...

Hi

Are these sentences essentially synonymous?

  1. Through which door should I got out?
  2. Which door should I go out?
  3. By which door should I got out?
  4. From which door should I go out?

Thanks,

Tom

PS: Do native speakers refer to a gate as a door once in a while? In my language, we have the same name for both, so we tend to mix them at times, speaking English.
