Good day, my friends


I think everybody can control their nervousness through breathing deeply several times.

'Through' sounds fine to me. Someone may suggest that 'everybody' should take singular pronouns, hence '...everybody can control his or her nervousness...' but your sentence makes sense in common parlance and certainly sounds natural, if not formal.

It's somewhat unnatural. Try:

I think everybody can control their nervousness through deep breathing. deeply several times.

or

I think everybody can control their nervousness through breathing deeply by taking several deep breaths. times.
