Which of these work?
Is over and through the same and are both correct and natural?

Could you take my pulse through/over my shirt?

Is this the opposite?
Could you take my pulse under my shirt?

Through and under are OK. Over i s not OK. But one's pulse is normally taken at the wrist, so a shirt is not involved.
