Through or throughout?

which is correct?

A) Lasts through changing times or lasts throughtout changing times

B) I know this one is correct: Tech a brand by electronics inc., but can I also say: Tech a brand of electronics inc.?

(A) 'Through' in this usage carries the same meaning as 'throughout'; 'throughout' perhaps emphasizes the idea.

(B) They both look the same to me. I'd put a comma after 'Tech' and capitalize 'Electronics Inc.'
