Three years

Hello, teachers!

Would you please tell me if these are all correct and have the same meaning?

1. He moved to the US, and he was able to speak fluently three years later.
2. He moved to the US, and he was able to speak fluently three years after.
3. He moved to the US, and he was able to speak fluently after three years.
4. He moved to the US, and he was able to speak fluently in three years.

Thank you very much.
Peace!
