Vocabulary

three-volume

How do you call a car composed of three parts (I guess meaning that it has first seats, back seats and teh part you put your luggage in). Literally I would translate it as three-volume car. (In my text it is connected to the variant of Honda Civic)

Thanks

We don't use that sort of description in English. Cars can be hatchbacks, estates, people carriers, according to body style.

Thank you Marius and Nona,

I appreciate your help. I think I can translate this as sedan. Don't you think?

Sedan is not used in BritEnglish if that is your target market for the translation.
