This paper describes optimum design of thermohydrodynamic journal bearing lubricated with non-newtonion lubricants vergetable-based oils obeying the power-law model.

(2b)
This paper describes optimum design of thermohydrodynamic journal bearing lubricated with non-newtonion lubricant vergetable-based oils obeying the power-law model.

Which one is the most formal please?

lubricant is substance which is often applied to machinery to reduce friction.

non-newtonion is a type of lubricant.
