Three sentences -are they correct please?

Hello all

Are these sentences correct? I was just speaking for myself and I am not 100% whether they are idiomatic/gram. correct. Would it be possible to check them for me please? Thank you!

I have never spoken as well as I have been speaking last few months.

In 2009 happened the only loss he has had here at Roland Garros.

I don´t know whether I passed/ I have passed the exam - here I am not sure which tense is better Emotion: sad

1. To be grammatical, you need to say something like "I have never spoken as well as I have been speaking for/over/during the last few months." However, depending on exact context, I wonder whether this may sound odd. More context is needed.

2. The inversion with "happened" is a bit awkward. You can say "The only loss he has had here at Roland Garros happened in 2009". If you want
