Three questions about one sentence

Hi!

Please take look at the sentence below.

We will fulfill your request towards auditors when you submit to the bank the necessary information.

1. Is "towards" okay in this context?
2. Should I put "will" between the underlined "you" and "submit"?
3. Is the underlined "the" necessary?

1. No. I see no way in which it is possible for one party to fulfill a request "towards" another, and I'm not sure what it's intended to mean. (Also "auditors" should probably be "the auditors".)

2. No.

3. It's better to include it. "submit the necessary information to the bank" would be a more usual word order though.
