three or more adjectives in front of noun?

0Hi,02br

00If you place three or more adjectives before a noun or three or more adverbs before an adjective, should that person place the word 'and' before the last adjective or adverb? How about a comma? Is it optional? I thiink the meaning of the phrase I wrote is questionable but I was trying to point the structure out. 02br
