Three in one words

How many three in one words are there? By three in one words I mean three words making up one word, such as nowadays (now + a + days), or hitherto etc.

'Hitherto' seems to be 2 words at most, and I'm not sure that you can call 'a' a word in 'nowadays' (it is not the indefinite article - it is an old prefix).
