Thousand, million, billion

Is the given information correct? Do I have the bold expression right? Please also answer the question at the end. Thank you.

1: If there are one or two digits, then the number will be spoken in form of tens such as twenty, twenty-nine, ninety-nine, etc.

2: If there are three digits, the number will be spoken in term of hundreds such as one hundred, six hundreds, etc.

3: If there are four to six digits, then the number will be spoken in terms of thousands such as one thousand, two thouands, twenty thousands, three-hundred thousands, etc.

4: If there are seven to nine digits, then the number will be spoken in terms of millions such as one million, eighty-eight millions, two-hundred eighty-five millions, etc.

5: If there are ten digits then the number will be spoken in billions (US).

Examples:

900,00 = nine-hundred thousands

165,000,000 = one-sixty-five millions, nine-hundred thousands

1,000,000,000 = one US billion (Arawb)

1,000,000,000,000 = one UK billion (Kharawb)

Please note that some countries also use comma to denote decimal point.

No. $600 is said as 'six hundred'. Not as 'six hundreds'. The same comment applies to thousands, millions, billions.

695 is spoken as 'six hundred and ninety five'.

I'll take a stab at the because... , using "hundred" as the example. The same is true for the other numbers.

The word hundred can be a noun or adjective. The plural of the noun is hundreds.
Using the plural noun, I can say: I gambled and lost hundreds of dollars.
There were hundreds of mice eating the grain.

If you have a number, say 600, it is written in the adjectiv

'six hundred' is used as an adjective. Why didn't you hyphenate
