Thought subjunctive or?

Hye everyone, can you help me with this problem?

Are these right to say,

"He thought that he make coffee"

"He suddenly got an idea that he make coffee"

Or

"He thought that he makes coffee"

"He thought that he made coffee"

"He thought that he "do this" or does this"( i am not sure)

I just want to know are these correct? or is there any thing more to add just after the subject (he)?

I want to know in reported apeech, do subjunctive mood changes in (he thought or she thought then simple past tense or past perfect tence)?

thanks!
