Though usage

I have two questions regarding the usage of though.

How do we use though?Which is the right way?following is my doubt.

1. I had key ,though I could not open my house.

I could not open my house,though I had key.

What is the meaning of the below questions?

2. She talks too much,though.

He is brilliant,though.

Does it mean that she really talks very much.

He is really brilliant.
