though (adverb and conjunction)

Hi,

Would you please check these?

I tried to use "though" as a conjunction and an adverb.

Conjunction:
(Al)Though he looks skinny, he has a nice body.

Adverb:
He has a nice body. He looks skinny though. (or ",though"?)

What if I substitute though with despite that!?

He has a nice body. He looks skinny, despite that.
Is "despite this" an adverbial phrase?

Thanks
