Thorough OR Throughout

Please advise which one is correct and reason .

Are you sure you meant "thorough"? That is an adjective, therefore, it wouldn't make sense there... I suppose you meant "through". In that case, I have to say I would use "throughout", but honestly I don't know the difference, and "through" may also be correct. But I'm virtually sure "thorough" is not appliable...
