Can I say as follows?

This week, I am really smoking a lot. I don't usually smoke so much.

This week, I am really feeling tired. I don't usually feel so tired.

I have been smoking a lot this week.

I don't usually smoke as much as I have been smoking this week.
I don't usually feel as tired as I have been feeling this week.

Reason behind using present perfect continuous tense:

The work started in the begining of week and it is in progress yet. Hence, we will prefere to use present perfect continuous tense for a work which started in earlier past and is stil
