This time yesterday

Could you tell me how to phrase the following?

-I was earlier than I was yesterday.
-It was 7:34 when I got off the bus on my way to work yesterday. It was 7:31 when I got off the bus today.
-I am in front of yesterday's pace.
-This exact time yesterday I was still on the bus whereas today I'm at work.
