Hello I would like you to take a look at this little piece of text and please correct.
Here it is:
Hello,
I am going to Italy this summmer on vacation for about two weeks, I am going to the southern part of Italy and to Sicilia. I am looking very much forward to the trip and really hope that it will be a good one. But something occured to me and that is the language, I do know that the Italians speak italian, however I do not speak any italian at all - in fact the only italian thing I can say is 'Ciao'. So I would like to ask if I can do with my english (I am not a native speak of english) only? If not what should I do then? And finally would you please give me some italian words, the basic words of course. I really hope that you will help me!

Well thanks for the advices, but I did not want you to respond to it, someone else is taking care of that, I only wanted you to correct the language so that I can post it and get a proper answer.

I've made some changes. Please note that you need to use capital letters in a lot of places.
