This something?

Hi. Is it correct to have have the demonstrative pronoun "this" or "that" before the word "something"? I think we can use the article "a," "an" or "the" before "something." I believe in the lyrics of the song "I Want to Hold Your Hand" by The (Should it be in the lowercase letter "the"?) Beatles, there is the phrase "that something." Thank you in advance for your help.
