This shop is the cheapest to get something?

Is it correct to say, for example,

This shop is the cheapest to get mobile products.

I'd like to mean that you can get the cheapest mobile products in this shop. But can I say alternatively like the example above? This is a question asked by my child but I am not quite sure.

By the way, what's the difference in usage between child and kid?

Child is more formal. Some teachers do not accept "kid" in essay writing because it is very casual and informal.
