This sentence structure is -.-;;

In a college or university, however, the study behavior of concern is usually that which occurs outside the classroom, and usually requires the student to manage his own behavior. I quoted this in a paper.

I don't understand a part underlined. It looks weird for me, I'm even suspicious of its structure.

and I just suppose concern of the study behavior is more natural that the study behavior of concern in the first line
