This sentence seems odd to me

I ve seen a title of a video on youtube that says : ''A K-Pop show in Japan is fascinating to English me.'' Its so strange wouldnt it have to be: A K-Pop show in Japan is fascinating to an english person like me ? Pls explain grammaticaly if the sentence is correct or not.

"English me" is a quirky style. From a non-native speaker it might be seen more as an error. "an English person like me" is more usual and standard.
