This sentence looks odd to me, please help

Hello everyone!

"This is regarding our conversation at work on Sai Baba talking about religion".

To me this sentence implies
  1. It was regarding our converstaion "at work on Sai Baba" . Does it mean our conversation at "work" was on "Sai Baba" or "work on Sai Baba"?
What atcually had happened was that me and my friends were having a conversation on Sai Baba at our working place yesterday. (When I say this sentence, it still sounds odd to me. As this can also mean that our conversation was on "Sai Baba at our working place" or even "Sai Baba at our working place yesterday")

This seems very complicated. Please some kindly help me.

Thanks a lot.

The problem involves three modifying prepositions: at work, on Sai Baba, & about religion. It often is difficult to decide which order you should use, because not all can be placed where we might want them. In this casse, I think I would eliminate one.

It could be either one, but I take it as the first -- not as "work on Sai Baba".

There is sometimes no way to prevent ambiguity in English, and you have to use common sense and make your best guess.
