this really upsets me...please help

It says in the passage:"The people there live by farming and fishing."
In the True or False exercise, it says:"The people there lives almost on farming and fishing."
I wrote False because I thought there was a difference in meaning between "he likes eating fish" and "he almost likes eating fish".
So is it True or False? please ignore any grammar mistakes...
