good day all

I want to express my self, I want to give someone something and other one something else

can I say:

Give this to that and that to this.

or

Give this to this and that to that.

or

Give this to that one and that to this one.

I feel like it is switching between this and that... But i want to express it in this way, if it is ordinary and for natives familiar.
