This movie was the most exciting one that I have ever seen.

Dear native English speakers,
I think you would say (a), but how about (b)? Would it be also used?
(a) This was the most exciting movie that I have ever seen.
(b) This movie was the most exciting one that I have ever seen.

Thanks in advance.

I don't disagree with Blue Jay, but (b) seems more clunky to me.
