This, last or next Friday

If I want to refer to this past Friday, July 25, do I call it this Friday or last Friday?
If I want to refer to the Friday before that, July 18, do I call it last Friday or the Friday before last?
If I want to refer to the coming Friday, August 1, do I call it this Friday or next Friday?
