this kind of error; these kinds of errors

I have just learnt using the following structures -- "this kind of problems" and "these kinds of problems". So I wish to check my understanding of using them. Could you please verify my sentences below?

1. I do not watch these kinds of movies.
2. What sorts of problems are you having?
3. What kind of person are you?

By the way, we can only say "this kind of things" and "these kinds of things" but not "this kind of things" or "these kinds of thing" as they are not grammatically correct, am I correct?

Thank you.
