This / It is my first time eating.

This is my first time eating this.

It is my first time eating this.

This is my first time here.

It is my first time here.

I have seen all of them so far and then which one is correct and what is the difference among them?

Thank you so much as usual in advance.

I wouldn’t use those. Consider:

This is the first time I eat ABC. [ You’ve just eaten or you’re about to eat ABC]

This is the first time I’ve eaten ABC. [ You’ve just eaten ABC]
