This is the worst time for this conversation

Someone is trying to discuss something with you when you’re extremely busy (+ lots of other reasons why it's inappropriate to talk about it right now).

Can you say "This is the worst time for this conversation"? Can you say something like "this is the worst time" and drop "for this conversation" so it’s still obvious that you’re talking about conversation and don’t mean that it’s generally worst time of your life. Is there a better and more informal word than "conversation"?

That someone doesn’t agree with you. He thinks it’s the best time to talk about this. So he asks a rhetorical question. Is "when is the better time?" an ok response? Can he drop "time"?

No, it's literally worst. It's very angry and desperate situation (it's fictional, not real).

Thank you very much for the options, but what do you think about this exchange: "This is the worst time for this conversation - when is the better time?"

Is it gramatically correct?

And does it sound natural given the circumstances (both people are very angry and sit
